What to Expect
Free Shipping on Every Order
All orders in the US and Puerto Rico ship free with no minimum purchase. Choose from Standard (5–7 days), Express (2–3 days), or Overnight delivery — the choice is yours, and we handle the rest.
Fast Processing Times
All orders receive 1 business day of processing before dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days are processed and ready to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Fully Insured Shipments
All orders are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. In the rare event of an issue, our client services team will resolve it promptly and completely.

If your order arrives damaged or is not as expected, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Processing
Order Processing Times
We pride ourselves on swift fulfilment. The majority of orders are processed and handed to our courier partners within hours of being placed. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on any business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your parcel's journey in real time. Our fulfilment team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, should you have any questions about your order status.

International
Worldwide Delivery
Velantis ships to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders are dispatched via premium tracked courier services, with estimated delivery times of 7–14 business days depending on destination. All international shipments are fully tracked and insured.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Velantis is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
